All items are made to order, ensuring unique and fresh designs every time.

  • All items are custom printed or handmade to order.

⏰ 3. Order Processing & Cancellations

  • Orders begin production shortly after placement.

  • Cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase, before production starts.

  • Once in production, orders cannot be canceled or changed.

🚚 4. Shipping

  • Processing time: 3–6 business days before shipment.

  • Delivery times vary based on location (typically 5–10 business days for U.S. & Canada).

  • Larger orders may arrive in separate packages.

  • VivTrek is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.

🔁 5. Returns & Refunds

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to customer errors such as wrong size, color, or design choice.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at vivtrekinfo@gmail.com with your order number and photos.
We’ll provide a replacement or full refund if verified.
