🛍️ VivTrek Return & Refund Policy

At VivTrek, every product is made to order with care and creativity — just for you! 💫
We want you to love your purchase, so here’s how our return, refund, and exchange process works.

💡 Made-to-Order Policy

All VivTrek items are custom printed on demand once your order is placed.
Because each item is made especially for you, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color preference, or change of mind.
However, if there’s an issue with your order, we’ll always do our best to make it right.

📛 Return and Exchange Policy

  • Return Policy:
    Please note that we do NOT ACCEPT returns or offer refunds for customer errors, such as selecting the wrong size, design, or color, or providing an incorrect shipping address.

  • Cancellation:
    Cancellations are accepted within 6 hours after purchase before production begins.
    Once your order enters production, cancellations are no longer possible, so please review product descriptions and size charts carefully before ordering.

  • Order Issues:
    If there’s any issue with your order, please reach out to us — we’re committed to resolving concerns promptly and finding a solution that makes you happy.

🚚 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at vivtrekinfo@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the problem

  • A clear photo showing the issue

Once verified, we’ll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

📏 Sizing Issues

Please double-check the size chart before placing your order.
If a sizing issue occurs because of a manufacturer error (e.g., mislabeled garment), we’ll replace it immediately at no cost to you.
Otherwise, size-related exchanges are not accepted.

🖼️ Color Disclaimer

Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or device settings.
Small variations are normal for print-on-demand items and are not considered defects.
